@kaylicy danseuse, passionnée de dancehall et webmaster. J'ai grandi à l'Île de la Réunion et je peux dire que l'énergie dancehall résonne fortement en nous. J'ai très vite compris que je suis née pour faire ça, c'est ce dont mon âme, mon corps, mon cerveau et mon cœur ont besoin.
J'ai eu la chance de rencontrer des personnes incroyables qui m'ont ouvert l'esprit sur la culture du dancehall c'est ce qui m'a poussé à tout reprendre depuis le début👉 'Back to basics' 🤩
Étant également webmaster, c'est apparu comme une évidence de créer mon propre site pour: répertorier toutes mes recherches, faire connaître la culture, d'où elle vient comment elle fonctionne et surtout mettre en avant tous les artistes incroyables qui ont fait et qui continuent de faire ce merveilleux héritage qu'est le dancehall.
⚠️À travers mes recherches j'ai pu remarqué que l'aspect financier reste un problème pour beaucoup d'artistes c'est pourquoi tu trouveras un bouton 'donate' sur la page de chaque artiste/crew; Si tu as la possibilité de participer à la reconnaissance financière que toutes ces personnes méritent ce serait magnifique 🙏
C'est un résumé rapide mais voilà où nous en sommes aujourd'hui et ce n'est que le début du début!! Je suis déjà tellement reconnaissante pour tout et j'espère que tu passeras un bon moment sur dancehallsteps.com 😊

Hi Everyone 😘
I'm, @kaylicy dancer, passionate about dancehall and webmaster. I grew up in Reunion Island and I can say that dancehall energy resonates strongly with us. I realized very quickly that I was born to do this, this is what my soul, my body, my brain and my heart need.
I had the chance to meet incredible people who opened my mind to dancehall culture that's what pushed me to start over from the beginning👉 'Back to basics' 🤩
As I said before, I am a webmaster, so it came as an evidence to create my own site to: list all my research, spread the culture, where it comes from and how it works and before all give the credits to the incredible artists who made and who continue to make this wonderful legacy that is dancehall.
⚠️Through my research I noticed that the financial aspect is still a problem for many artists, that's why you will find a 'donate' button on the page of each artist / crew; If you have the opportunity to participate in the financial recognition that all these people deserve that would be wonderful 🙏
